Your booking is completed only after full amount is charged to your Credit / Debit Card.

Your credit card/bank statement will show the ‘Charged Done’ in the Name of "Beverly Hotels".

You must be 18 years of age to check in at the hotel.

You need to carry a valid Personal Identity Proof to check in at this hotel ex: passport, driving license and voter ID. Failing which the hotel may deny the room and there may be penalties levied on booking.

Early check in / Late checkout are subject to availability and Hotel may charge for the same at the time of check out.

We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations where it appears that a customer has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity or under other circumstances where it appears that the reservations contain or resulted from a mistake or error.

Booking processing charges of 5% will be levied on all the refunds in addition to Cancellation Charges if any.
